Darwin Del Fabro is a Brazilian-born actress, writer, and performer based in New York City.
In 2023, Darwin transitioned and now lives fully and openly as a woman. She uses she/her pronouns.
Some early articles may still describe her as non-binary—an identity that once reflected a moment of exploration. Today, she embraces herself fully and unapologetically as the woman she is.
Her solo play Lili/Darwin, opening at The Tank in August 2025, intertwines her own personal journey with the story of Lili Elbe in a poetic, first-person monologue. After a two-year pause for surgeries and healing, Darwin returns to the stage with a voice and presence that reflect her truth.
Through music, writing, and performance, she invites audiences into work shaped by honesty, vulnerability, and artistic courage.
